My research project focuses on using bioinformatics analyses and molecular biology experiments to investigate the role of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common aggressive lymphoma. My specific interests include uncovering host oncogenic functions that can be compensated for by EBV and characterising cell line models of EBV-positive DLBCL.
